1. What is IECEP-KSA-CRC?
IECEP-KSA-CRC stands for Institute Of Electronics Engineer of the Philippines in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Central Region Chapter. It is the official foreign-based IECEP organization in the Central Region part of Saudi Arabia under the accreditation of the Institute Of Electronics Engineer of the Philippines (IECEP), Inc. in Manila, Philippines. It is a recognized organization of the Philippines Embassy and affiliated with the Philippine Council of Engineers and Architects (PCEA) and the Philippine Professional Organizations (PPO) in Saudi Arabia.

2. Who should join IECEP-KSA-CRC?
If you are an overseas worker or OFW residing in Riyadh City, Qaseem, Al-Kharj, Riyadh District and other parts of the Central Region and you are an ECE professional (license or non-license, graduates or under-grads) or you are an Electronic technician, associates, or non-ECE whose job is in-line with Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), then, you are very much welcome to join this organization.

3. Why should I join IECEP-KSA-CRC?
In order to be updated with the current trends, technologies, curriculum, and academic activites in your profession, you should join this organization. There are regular seminars, trainings, review classes for those who are planning to take the licensing board exam. In addition there are other extra curricular. sports, and civic activites for sure you’ll going to enjoy. Meet new friends and expand your networks and business associates. We promote camaraderies.

4. How much is the membership fee?
Our membership fee for three years is 300 SAR.

5. What are the benefits of being a member?
All members are entitled to free services such as assistance in renewing your PRC licence for regular member. For members who are not yet license and are planning to take Special Professional Licensure Board Exam (SPLBE), we also conduct ECE review at a very minimal cost. There are also free and paid seminars as part of CPE/D (Continuing Program Education/Development). In addition, we will also help you to be certified in other fields of your career advancement. You’ll meet lot of friends and boost your networks. You are sure, you’ll be the first to obtain job referrals in the region just in case you need one. We also promote sports and camaraderie among the members. Though it is a professional organization, we serve as partner of Philippines Embassy to reach out and extend our hands to distressed OFWs and IECEP members who are in need.
