For the second try, fortunately, I passed the November 2010 SPLBE ECE licensure exam. Here are my tips to all ECE examinees:
1. PREPARE and DISCIPLINE YOURSELF, and have TIME MANAGEMENT (study hard).
2. BE RESOURCEFUL (use all your references, read and absorb it).
3. HAVE SELF – CONFIDENCE (you can do it) and lastly,
4. HAVE FAITH IN GOD (that will give you good health and good luck during
the exam). Hoping that this will inspires you.
