Dealing with PECE application was so intense and enormous for me. I have to deal and evaluate my own knowledge, goals and my fear. Before I finally came up to a decision to undergo the technical evaluation, firstly, I have thought several times if my knowledge and experience would suffice the title PECE. Secondly, would it be aligned with my goals and aspirations? And lastly, I have to conquer my fear because I’m fearful of what would come out or what the interviewer will place in the table of questions that I might not be able to answer or satisfy the probes and queries that they have. All of these I should be able to surpass and be able to condition myself.
These are what made me slow down with my PECE journey. Luckily, I have never falter nor stop because of the undying support and encouragement of our dearest IECEP KSA CRC officers, and not to mention, the unselfish advice and great motivations from the most admired Engineer, Engr. Emmanuel Yumul.
May IECEP KSA CRC’s service and sacrifices for a noble cause to our profession, colleagues and to mankind will forever shine. Mabuhay!!!
Above all, to God be the Glory!
Engr. Rayant N. Serrana, PECE
