Engr. Rigel Q. Pelayo

As one of the pioneering members way back 2010, I am inspired and thankful to IECEP-KSA-CRC, recognized as the most outstanding foreign IECEP chapter four times in a row, for giving me an opportunity to level up my professional career, both PECE and ASEAN Engineer.

Tough times in acquiring required documents, the effort and expenses, with time management as a must, considering my daily job and family time on weekends. But these were not hindrances to fullfil my goal to become PECE, as well as an ASEAN Engineer.

Above all these achievements, it cannot be attained without the guidance of our almighty GOD and support from my family.
