In grateful for sharing his valuable time as our Keynote Speaker during the 11th Annual General Membership Meeting via Zoom Virtual Conference Meeting by the 7-Time Most Outstanding Foreign Chapter.
The award as received by Honorable Antonio M. Mutuc Jr. on the second day of the concerned momentous event held on December 11, 2021. As the keynote speaker, his inspirational speech mostly includes the state of Overseas Filipino Workers in the Kingdom. Included in his speech are plans of the Government to arrange DOFIL, for instance. His quote on IECEP-KSA-CRC being a beacon of inspiration to all Overseas Filipino Workers was well received by the Organization. His actions further inspired the members as a result.
