On the 7th of December 2012, a Friday with sporadic rain showers all the day, there was a Members’ Gathering, SPLBE passers celebration and Election of Officers and Board of Directors for 2013-2014.It was held at Estiraha, Dammam Road.
It was a joyful day, an event attended by thirty (30) members and supporters from Central Region, Riyadh and Al Kharj district.
In the early morning, there was an informal conversation and discussion from among the members with the current 2012 officers while having breakfast with cup of coffee and tea.
At 9:00 AM, we had a prayer initiated by the Immediate Past President and followed by a presentation of Engr. Modesto Gibas , who is also the website designer for iecep-ksa-crc.org. on Website Design, Application and Website Building presented by webmaster
We had a lunch at 12:00 Noon, with a prayer headed by Engr. Ryan Paul Panilo. After the lunch, an election of the eleven (11) Board of Directors was undertaken with the Canvasser Committee Chairman Engr. Catalino Criste (Immediate Past President) and with the Canvassers’ Committee members, Engr. Butch Castrojo, Mr. William Guzman and Mr. Juan Aron.
The eleven Board of Directors elected themselves the seven officers by secret ballots with the presence of the members of the organization.

The incoming president 2013-2014, Engr. Moody Gibas was elected unopposed.
The welcome speech of the incoming elected president included his action plans consisted of fourteen (14) objectives which includes quality SPLBE ECE and ECT review classes; more regular Technical Seminars including Leadership Seminar, Entrepreneurship and Management; Membership through different media; Additional Sports; Reachout programs; Toastmaster program to name some of the objectives. The President-elect envisioned that our chapter organization, iecep-ksa-crc , be an outstanding chapter organization or an outstanding foreign chapter for 2013 or to attain a similar award from IECEP National.
In the afternoon, the members enjoyed their pizza pie snacks provided by the parents of our Electronics Engineer boardpasser Engr. Paul James Porlas.
In this event, we, all the members, past officers and all supporters of IECEP-KSA-CRC, would like to thank all the elected officers and Board of Directors, in accepting the great challenges of being the leaders of our organization. And, more so, IECEP-KSA-CRC’ elected president is also the PPO chairman for 2013; a very big task and responsibility as a leader of fourteen APO/Filcom organizations under the PPO umbrella; to serve the Filipino Community in the central region.
IECEP-KSA-CRC would like to thank all its members and supporters in executing the organization’s task and activities.
And above all, we thank the Almighty for His guidance in all our endeavor, objectives, and mission of the organization.
